2014 Christmas

Big Brothers and Sisters of New Jersey  Christmas Party 

December 20, 2014     Noon

Each year,  Santa and Mrs Claus, along with many of their elves come to show the holiday spirit to some underprivileged or needy children. Please join us in uniform and assist the organization in this very worthwhile event.   If you can join us,  please let us know via e mail.

In preparation for the  upcoming Children’s Christmas Party  we are looking for members in uniform or IAPSNJ Executive Board Shirts and tan trousers to help with the event.  Members are needed at 10:30 am to help unload the toys and organize the food.   Also anyone bringing their children as helpers let me know as help is always needed.   This year we have two character costumes and are looking for two people willing to wear them to entertain the kids prior to Santa Claus’s arrival.

Any member bringing a child for the party MUST send us  the child’s name, age and sex one week prior to the event!

Uniformed helpers and Elves are always requested to be at the American Legion Post 155 located at 13-23 Legion Place in Whippany at 10:00 to help set up the room and help Santa’s Sleigh get unloaded and all the gifts sorted.
