Congratulations to Sgt. Rose Minoughan on Retirement

Congratulations to Sgt. Rose Minoughan on her retirement from NJ Transit Police. Yesterday at a Final Walkout, Sgt. Minoughan along with her husband & daughter were recognized for an amazing career. Rose is respected & loved by the cops that served under her. NJTPD did an amazing job and I was honored to be able to make remarks. Rose was the 1st woman to serve on the Italian American Police Society of NJ Executive Board and we are proud of her!
