Ann (nee Riendl) Lazzara Di Santo, age 88, of Whiting at rest in Neptune on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Ottaviano “Jerry” Lazzara and the late Nicholas Di Santo. Loving Mother of Geraldine Hoffner Canova & her husband, Eugene of Little Egg Harbor, John Lazzara & his wife, Joanne of Wayne and Joy Ann Minardi Zuppichini & her husband, Mark of Spring Lake. Dear Sister of Theresa Bollinger of North Haledon. Loving Grandmother of Nicholas Hoffner, Michael Lazzara, Alyssa Lazzara, Christopher Minardi, Jonathan Minardi, Amanda Minardi, Natalie Zuppichini, and Mark Zuppichini. Great Grandmother of Dylan Lazzara, Brandon Lazzara and Italia Vetter.
Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson, then Franklin Lakes before moving to Whiting in 1989. She was a homemaker and housewife. She worked as a cook for her husband at The Wodow’s Tavern, Paterson and she was also employed at Singer Kearfott before retiring.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. A blessing to follow at Our Lady of Pompeii RC Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
