Obituary:

MOLA, Michael 87, of Sparta formerly of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015. Born in Bari, Italy to the late Antonio and Francesca Mola and came to the United States in 1954. Michael was a member of the Italian Association of the Carabinieri. He was also a member of the Italian-American Police Association in New York and the American-Italian Association of New Jersey. Before retiring, he was manager for Best Foods in Englewood Cliffs. He was a parishioner of Blessed Kateri R.C. Church in Sparta and a former parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church in Hasbrouck Heights for many years. Michael was a past president of the Seniors in Sparta. Beloved husband of the late Laura (nee Novielli) Mola. Devoted father of Joseph Mola and his wife Susan of Saddle Brook and Francine Mola-Titelius of Easton, Pa. and her fiancé David Posa. Dear brother of Nicola Mola of Italy and the late Catherine and Francesco Mola. Loving grandfather of Elise Nicole, Joseph Jude and Julianna Marie. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Tuesday, April 7th at 9 AM. Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church at 10 AM. Entombment following at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee.

Visitation Monday, April 6th from 4 – 8 PM.
