It’s is with great sadness that announce the passing of Mario Morelli, father in law of our Vice President, Jerry Onnembo.
The wake will be at Kimack Funeral Home located at 425 Broad Street in Carlsbad on Thursday 9/5/19 from 4-8 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday 9/6/19 at Assumption Church located at 143 1st Street Wood-Ridge, NJ 07075 (201) 438-5555.
Mario Luciano Morelli, 75, of Carlstadt since 1984 and formerly of East Rutherford, passed away at home on September 1, 2019. Mr. Morelli was born in Italy and came to the U.S.A. in 1966. Prior to retiring, he worked at Bell Container in East Rutherford for 20 years. Mario enjoyed gardening and watching soccer. Beloved husband of Rosa (nee Sciplini) Morelli. Loving father of Luciano Mario Morelli and his wife Andrea and Emma Onnembo and her husband Jerry. Cherished grandfather of Luke, Gianna and Anthony. Dear brother of Pasquale Morelli, Teodosio Morelli, Gelsomina Micco and the late Giovannina Morelli. Funeral departing from the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad Street, Carlstadt on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM for a Funeral Mass in Assumption R.C. Church, Wood-Ridge at 10:30 AM. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation Thursday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc.
