Italian American Police Society of NJ Urges Law Enforcement to Be Vigilant

The Italian American Police Society of New Jersey urges all of its members and area law enforcement officers to be extra vigilant in light of yesterday’s senseless murder of the two members of the NYPD. All law enforcement personnel ,especially in uniform and operating marked police vehicles, should take extra care to be aware of their surroundings and watch for potential threats. This warning is based on the recent campaign of anti police sentiments that our nation has experienced. This is a time for all law enforcement, active and retired, to work closely together and keep each others safe while protecting our communities. The thoughts and prayers of all New Jersey law enforcement go out to our brothers and sisters in the NYPD during this time of grief and mourning.
