• Meeting called to order by President Schievella.
• Introduction and Welcome by Passaic County Sheriffs Dept
• Vice President Joe Simonetti gave the financial report.   Motion made by President Schievella to accepts report. Motion passed.
• President Schievella announced two new Executive Board members Bob Bellifiore and Joe Ruttigliano. Executive Secretary Michele Viella announced also.
• President Schievella advised Vegas  Convention trip coming up August 25th-29th Mirage Hotel, $579.00 pp/do
• President Schievella advised Awards Ceremony Breakfast Sunday, June 22nd, 2003 at Fiesta in Woodridge
• Chief Ruttigliano advised Spaghetti Dinner for Italian Families devastated by earthquake will be at Belleville Knights of Columbus Saturday Feb 8th
• President Schievella talked about the Christmas Party on December 6th, 2002.
