• Meeting called to order at 1910 hrs by President Schievella.
• Flag salute, moment of silence and opening prayer by Father Dave.
• Roll call of officers
• Treasurers report read
• New members read and welcomed.
• President Schievella discussed the recently passed "20 year and out bill".
• Our annual convention to Cancuun May 8-12 was disscussed.

Members must get their deposits in seats are going fast.
• Trustee Minihan discussed the annual trip to the Police Memorial in Washington,DC.
• Vice President Mangieri talked of tickets for PAPD vs NJSP in a charity hockey game.
• Plans for a class for members to learn to speak Italian are under way. Interested members should contact the executive board .
• President Schievella thanked all the volunteers for the Christmas Toy Drive. It was a huge success. Seven truck loads of toys were given out.
• Sercetary  Nardone discussed the Polar Bear Plunge on Feb. 26.
• January's Officer of the Month-John Comparetto- NJ Dept. Of Corrections was honored.
• No new business from the floor.
• Meeting closed at 1930.
