• Meeting called to order at 1927.by President Schievella
• Flag salute, and  moment of silence for our fallen brothers.
• Our Chaplain Father David Baratelli opened the meeting with a prayer.
• Members were welcomed by VP Alan Sierchio.
• Roll call of officers.
• Correspondence was read. Letters of thanks from our hospital visits during Christmas time
• Treasurers report read. Motion to accept  (Parisi) seconded (DeJohn), passed.
• President Schievella request members to get their dues paid for 2000.
• Awards / Scholarship brunch discussed. Volunteers are needed for the awards commitee see Joe Pagano.
• Ceremony is tentatively scheduled for June 11, 2000 at Caldwell College Student Center.  Anyone needing scholarship applications are to see Jerry Onnembo.
• Reminder of the retirement party for Deputy Chief Joe Simonetti on Friday Night 2/11/00 - sold out.
• Anyone interested in attending the washington polce memorial contact Rose Minoughan.
• The executive board will be attending the swearing in ceremony for the new President of our sister organization, The NYPD Columbia Association on 2/22/00.
• Contact Sebbie D'Amato to get on our email list.
• VP. Alan Sierchio was honored as our law enforcement officer of the month.
• No new business was brought.
• Meeting closed at 1945.
