• Meeting called to order by President Schievella.
• Introduction and Welcome
• Vice president John Lazzarra announced new members
• Vice President Joe Simonetti gave the financial report.   Motion made by President Schievella to accepts report. Motion passed.
• President Schievella advised Vegas  Convention trip coming up August 25th-29th Mirage Hotel, $579.00 pp/do
• President Schievella advised Awards Ceremony Breakfast Sunday, June 22nd, 2003 at Fiesta in Woodridge
• President Schievella advised governor cancelled Italian American Heritage Commission funding
• Preisdent Schievella announces locations for upcoming meetings including a wine tasting meeting in Manalapan in May
• Board Member Vincent Nardone announces Baseball night at Somerset Patriots Ballpark on July 11th,2003..Tickets are 23.00 pp(children 3and under free)
• President Schievella presents Mark Luccia of NJ Division of Parole a plaque for his promotion
• President Schievella talked about the Christmas Party on December 6th, 2002. See Vince Nardone for tickets.
• President Schievella spoke about the toys for kids that we are going to homeless shelters instead of going to the hospitals.
• President Schievella spoke about the awards ceremony, he advised the members that this year we are going back to a breakfast and it will be held on Sunday June 22, 2003.
• Financial Secretary Ron Sepe, introduced Carmine DeSantas, and he spoke about a May meeting at Bacchus School of Wine where you can make your own wine.
• Director Vince Nardone, spoke about the Metuchen Blue Mass, he also spoke about the vest give away at the Christmas Party. Members should go online and fill out the vest application.
• President Schievella thanked all members for attending and closed the meeting.
