Annual Awards/Scholarship beefsteak on 6/9/00 discussed. Senator Bucco and Newark Chief of Police Ambrose will be honored. Tickets are $30. ($20 for recipients) This year we will be presenting 8,  $1000 scholarships. (Chairman Joe Pagano requests members to send in reports to be honored.  Time getting short)
Annual Night at the Races, June 29th at the Meadowlands.  All proceeds to benefit the Deborah Heart & Lung Hospital.  See Mike Wassutta for tickets
• National Coalition holding a golf outing 6/21-6/23, see  Pres. Schievella for ticket info.
• The National Police Memorial was visited by many members as well as police officers from all over the country.  Plan early for next year.  Contact  Rose Minoughan
• NJ Narcotics Association convention Atlantic City 5/30-6/2.
• Columbus Day Parades mentioned and members are urged to plan now for acquiring vehicles for both parades.  (Hackensack & NYC October 8th & 9th, 2000)
